Exchanges and returns has never been so easy. We know that sometimes things just don’t fit or something was different than expected. That’s just part of commerce. When other companies make this a very hard and painful process, you will see that we don’t. We give you a few choices of how to process your exchange or return. See below what is your best method.
If you just need to exchange a product to a different size, please click on the Live Chat button or the Email button and let us know which item or items you need to exchange and for what new size.
If you need to return an item for a refund or credit, please click on the “Self Return” button. Enter in your order number along with detailed information regarding your return so we can get this processed as soon as possible.
About Returns & Exchanges
We gladly pay for shipping each way on your first exchange, or return, per order. If you are needing an exchange, we will issue the new product first, then you will receive a prepaid label via email that you can print out and attach to your returning package. Once you receive the exchanged item, you will then put your item you are exchanging into the box we shipped your replacement in as it will be the correct size box. Fasten label to box and drop off at post office or FedEx box, depending on label.
